1.Order Processing & Pre-shipment Battery Inspection

All items sold on our site are 3C electronic products including wireless earbuds, power banks, fast chargers, charging cables and various digital accessories. Most products contain built-in lithium-ion batteries and must pass UN38.3 & UN3481 international battery safety inspection, anti-static packaging and air freight compliance check before dispatch.
Orders paid and confirmed before daily warehouse cutoff time on working days will be processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after cutoff, on weekends or official holidays will start processing on the next business day. Bulk orders with large purchase quantities may require an extra 2–3 working days for centralized sorting and reinforced shockproof packaging. After goods depart warehouse, we will send tracking number to your registered email within 24–48 hours; tracking information usually takes 1–3 working days to update on courier official website.

Delivery days are calculated from the shipment departure date, all durations are estimated and may be delayed by customs clearance, local postal peak season, bad weather or official holidays.

3. Customs Duties, Import Tax & Battery Import Disclaimer

As cross-border 3C goods with lithium batteries, all import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees and any local government-related import charges in destination countries shall be fully borne by the buyer. We will complete formal customs declaration and battery document submission for every parcel to facilitate customs inspection.
Each country sets different laws for lithium battery capacity, electronic certification and 3C commodity access standard. If parcels are detained, confiscated or forced to return by local customs due to import policy restrictions, all relevant losses and return freight shall be undertaken by purchasers, and we will not arrange free reshipment or compensation for customs seizure issues. We reserve the right to cancel orders and issue full refunds for destinations with strict lithium import bans.

4. Damaged, Missing & Lost Parcel Policy
If customers receive broken, defective or missing items upon delivery, you need to submit clear photos of original outer package and damaged products within 15 calendar days after receiving the parcel. After our after-sales team verifies valid evidence caused by rough logistics transit or factory defect, we will arrange free replacement shipment or full product refund at our option without any extra cost for buyers.
For parcels officially marked lost by logistics carriers, full refund or complimentary re-delivery will be provided free of charge once we receive formal loss certification from courier companies. Claims submitted beyond the 15-day valid period or without complete picture proof will be rejected for free after-sales shipping service.

5. Unavailable Shipping Address Rules

We cannot deliver free shipments to PO Box addresses, APO/FPO and all military postal addresses due to special lithium battery logistics restrictions. If buyers fill in incorrect, incomplete recipient name, street address or postal code leading to delivery failure or returned parcels, all expenses for secondary reshipment need to be paid by customers on their own, free repeated shipping is not applicable for address mistakes caused by purchasers.

6. Uncontrollable Delivery Delay Statement

Our free shipping promise guarantees no delivery fees under any circumstances, but delivery timeline is not fully guaranteed. Delays caused by global logistics congestion, local postal strikes, customs random inspection and holiday shopping surge fall into uncontrollable factors, we will not provide extra compensation or free reship only because of normal delivery postponement.
